UNT Student Demographics: Enrollment is 42,372, a 4.2% enrollment increase from last year. Gender distribution: 54% female and 47% male. 86% of UNT students are 24 and below and 14% 25 and over. 92% live in Texas, 4% out of state, and 4% international. Racial diversity is 27% Hispanic, 14% Black, 6% Asian, and 41% White. (NCES 2020)
